The project started with a bare plot of land. There were no structures, only raw terrain waiting for development. The client’s vision was clear—a modern 4-bedroom home with open living spaces and natural lighting.

🧱 Foundation Stage

After site preparation and layout setting, excavation work began. The foundation was carefully cast to ensure long-term structural strength and stability.

🏗️ Structural Development

Blockwork and framing followed the foundation stage. At this point, the house began to take shape, revealing room layouts, structural columns, and floor divisions.

🏠 Roofing and Systems Installation

Once the structure was complete, roofing was installed to protect the building. Electrical wiring and plumbing systems were then integrated into the design.

🎨 Finishing Stage

This stage brought the project to life:

• Interior plastering and painting
• Floor tiling
• Kitchen and bathroom installation
• Exterior finishing and landscaping
